Today, it seems my wife went with my son to Otake while shopping on the WWW.
And he went to Takachiyo‼️.
I'm really looking forward to it!
I️ will open the bottle now!
The aroma is fruity👍
Taste is .... Sweet 💦.
I don't like this sourness 😭
And it's a square_:(´´ཀ`∠):
Can't even use it as a cooking sake💦.
I'll reduce 🤏 little by little when I can drink 😭

Good evening, Masa! (≧▽≦)
I have heard that Takachiyo is a highly rated sake by everyone, but is it difficult to find the acidity?
Is it different from Shinmasa?
I have not had it yet, so I am very curious.

I finally got excited with the cinta cacachillo 👍I liked it up to the aroma but for me it was too sour 😭💦I imagined it to be more sweet and delicious 💦.

Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai😄
I've had takachiyo before but never had shintakachiyo 😅Shinmasa is easier to drink 👍It has a sourness similar to Niidashi sanshu 💦I think it's good for those who don't mind sourness 🤗.

Good evening, Jun-san😄
I was thinking that I envy you Kanji Takachidai Nigori 😆 Katakana version seems to be a sweet and sour specification 😅I personally prefer Hiragana version www. Try different versions and have fun 👍

Good morning, Mr. Sakeran😄
It's good that there's still some sweetness, but it's too acidic 💦 The other Shin series seems to be sweet and tart too, wow!
