Last Saturday was my eldest daughter's "recital of life" or, in my own childhood, a "playground party", so I took the day off to watch my child grow up 🥰.

The next day, Sunday, I was exhausted from working on site early in the morning, so let's have a drink while watching my daughter's performance that I captured on camera on Monday night, this time I opened it 🍶.

The mouthfeel has a slight gassy sensation, followed by a refreshing sweet umami taste, and then it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste and a strawberry-like faintly sweet aftertaste.
The depth of the sweetness increases as the orikomi mixes with the sake, giving it a light "Takachiyo" image.
The deep flavor of the duck meat and the horse mackerel sashimi from Ishikawa go well together.
