This week we were comparing unbought labels from Seizaburo Shimizu Shoten's works.
Saku is from one of the breweries that got me hooked on the sake swamp.
It's been a while since I've had it at home, and I'm looking forward to it.
The first bottle was Okayama Asahi.
Let's have it right away.
First, the aroma.
First, the aroma. It has a citrus aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gorgeous aroma that is typical of the crop, but you also feel a soft sweetness.
It is already delicious.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth.
After that, the bitterness spreads slowly and gradually, and the last taste is a nice gradation of spiciness and lingering sweetness that spreads to the throat.
[Day 3
The floral notes seem to have matured a bit.
The smoothness of the mouthfeel and the bitterness from the gentle sweetness remain the same.
The lingering spiciness spreads in the mouth and remains well-balanced.
Fourth day
The sweetness has increased a little.
The bitterness is still as well-balanced as ever.
The bitterness has become a little milder and the overall taste is a little milder.

Good morning, ma-ki-!
Both of these Sakusan are yet to be seen 🥺✨I can't wait to imagine them in your review: ‼️
Saku-san is really good even if you drink all of them💕
I'll definitely buy "Because it's Saku" when I find it 🤩.

Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments.
The director is pissed at me lol.
I also tend to drink at my usual yakitori restaurant, so I've been drinking less at home without realizing it 💧.
This time I enjoyed the different tastes of the undrinkable labels 😊.
