It is a special junmai sake made with Nagori Yuki, a type of Uruchi rice suited to Niigata Prefecture's climate, which was revived over a period of about four years and used as the base rice.
Every time the bottle is opened, it makes a lively opening sound! The sound of the bottle being opened is very energetic! The aroma is sweet and gorgeous. A faint mushroom-like koji aroma is a little peculiar. The nose has a slight mushroom-like malt aroma, which I thought was a bit peculiar, but it also has a cocoa and cherry-like aroma, which is typical of low-temperature-aged sake.
Even after a couple of days, there is still a sense of fine gas. As the temperature rose, I could taste the concentrated sweet and juicy flavor 😋.
Beef bone ramen that I want to eat regularly: ❗️
On this day, we had the limited quantity fresh ginger arrangement on the menu.
I'm of the school of drinking all the way through the soup 🤣.

Good evening, Kotori-san. You nailed the beef bone ramen and it's roast beef? Looks voluptuous and delicious 😋Drinking at home in the mountains? I like the idea of closing with a little aged sake while thinking of beef bone ramen 🍜🍶.
