This sake was created under the concept of "a fisherman's food sake.

It's more dry than other Mutsu Hachisen sake, as it's called "fisherman's sake".
It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu, a bit of sweetness and fruity taste that is typical of Mutsu Hachisen, and a crisp bitterness that makes it dry. ❤️

This definitely goes well with the sweetness of squid and mackerel oil...

When I put it together with Rohl, it flows with the richness of Rohl's flavor and goes surprisingly well 😮.

It's hard to match sake with hormon without losing the fat and the strong taste.
I think it would be better if you try to match it with a traditional sake 😆... 😆.
