Finally opened a bottle of sake that had been stored at my son's house.
It is said that this "Gen" was made by recreating the sake that was selected as the Imperial New Year's sake for three years from 1948 to 1950.
Since the yeast from apples is used, I was conscious of the fruity ginjo aroma in my mouth, but I couldn't feel the apple flavor clearly. 😅(only me 🤣)
But the elegant sweetness softly lingers in the mouth and ends with the acidity and sharpness that you feel at the end.
I wanted to pair it with oysters, but my son preferred it.

but it was surprisingly tasty thanks to the condiments 😁.
