I was curious about it because I saw it alongside Hirotogawa Nigori-gori at a liquor store I patronize for Hirotogawa ✨I couldn't help but be excited to see on the necklace that it was brewed in a new brewery 😆 and I also have a breadbasket problem! So I quickly opened the bottle 🍶.
The bottle was opened with a screw cap for safety and security💨, but just as I thought the bubbles were rising, the lees started to do a lees dance and it was white 🫧It's so healthy✨The top aroma is fresh citrus 🍊I would venture to say it's more like a grefle 🫧🍋🟩 The silky mouthfeel is soft and sweet with rice flavor and a pleasant gasiness that stimulates the tip of the tongue and finishes with bitterness 😋It has a sweet but dry aftertaste that can easily be combined with a meal☺️
