Gentle sweetness and rice flavor with beautiful acidity. There is also a slight gassy feeling.
Delicious and sweet, but I think the sweetness is a little weak, so I personally would like a little more sweetness.
I think it tastes better if it is left outside for a little while rather than being chilled to a crisp.
