Slight apple-like aroma
The same fruity aroma, mild rice flavor, and moderate sweetness spread quickly, with a crisp acidity and a slight bitterness, and it finishes quickly while retaining the lingering rice flavor.
I bought two bottles and left them in the refrigerator for two years without intending to drink them someday, but I got the impression that it was mellow or classic.
It went well with dashimaki tamago with mentaiko (a copy of a recipe from Friday's Zanzaku), grilled kipper, and chicken liver and pork cutlet in wine.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
I've had a can of Tasake before and it's fruity and delicious ✨.
I'm not familiar with herring, so I'd like to try it with other dishes 😄.
