Yesterday, I went out for a drink in Kyoto for the first time in a while and unexpectedly met up with a work colleague from Tokyo, and the vibes were going up and up 🐰The cute label makes it look like a jacket purchase, but let's see now: ☺️
The opening of the bottle was a nice pop 💨The top aroma is mild with a milky sweetness ✨In the mouth you can feel the gasiness and gentle sweetness with a hint of bitterness before the acidity finishes 🤤This is very spring-like 🌸It can be enjoyed on its own but when combined with spring food the sweetness and deliciousness of the sake is doubled 😋I think I will be able to work hard next week! I'll try my best next week 🥰.
