Takashi no Tsukasa has enjoyed all the drinks I've had so far, and I was particularly impressed with the divine water I had the last time I drank it.

The aroma is mild but it smells like white peaches🍑.
I will drink from the supernatant. The gas is strong and chili. The taste is moderately sweet with a light flavor. The mild acidic gas is so strong that I did not notice any bitterness.
It is served with the lees mixed in. The umami flavor increases, but 🤔I know it sounds great, but what I have had so far may have been outside drinking, but the gas is too strong and I did not feel the soft taste of super soft water that I thought was typical of Ko no Tsukasa, it is delicious, but it was not what I was expecting 😅.
After some time, the gas weakens and the bitterness comes out, but I preferred this one ✨.
