Sweet and tasty like Fuji apple, then a smooth muscat type acidity to kick it up 😆.
The gentle bitterness is refreshing. Delicious ❤️
The attack is rich, then dry and refreshing...deliciously spicy and great. ‼️
I paired it with bonito sashimi and marinated octopus, but it's still a versatile sake that goes with everything👍
When the temperature goes up, it tastes more like Fuji apple 😋 Hato is still very good 😋 Why isn't it more popular?

I drank a lemon sour with lemon in it, which is all the rage these days 😆.
Personally, I think I like Hyoketsu better 😅.
But since it has lemon in it, it's good to drink it with water after you're done with the drink to give it a lemon water feel 😆 I'll try it next time I'm camping 🏕️
