We had some Sogen that we purchased at a local liquor store 😋.
The aroma has a ginjo aroma 😊The taste is sour, soft and crisp 😚👍✨This is typical Sogen deliciousness😇.
The 4th picture is from Onomichi Ramen in Nishikanazawa that I visited during my Bon vacation 🥳The store and kitchen are not beautiful but very tasty 🤔I'm glad I had it 😋.
