Over the weekend, I went to the Harako-meshi Festival at the Yuriage Minato Morning Market.
I woke up at 4:00 a.m. and left at 5:00 a.m. to go to Yuriage for the Harako-meshi festival, which was limited to 2,000 servings starting at 6:00 a.m. My friend who went with me drove me back home. The top-tasting aroma is quite sake-like, with citrus at the back.
The mouthfeel is a little gassy, and the flavor and acidity are juicy! The body is solid, even the aftertaste is full of sake flavor. The acidity and bitterness at the end is also very robust, giving it a strong Omachi feel!
