I opened it with a bottle opener because it was a crown... Bwah! I held it down in a hurry.
The aroma was grapefruit?
When I drank it, it was like a shuwashuwa! Grapefruit and rice flavor soda 🫧.
This is the one I would drink without thinking... 🥂.
I bought a champagne stopper before and used it here and there, and it was still properly shwiswed the next day!
And the next day, I just put the stopper on and forgot to let the air out, and it was completely gassed out: ☁️
...but even though the bubbles are gone, it doesn't get sweet, and the flavor of the rice and the light, dry feeling is still there!
It's delicious too.
The usual sweet aroma of Akabu is moderate, and the citrusy, refreshing taste is maintained.
Rice + light + dry, a delicious sake that is easy to pair with food 🍶.

The sake fizzy stuff is almost a blink of an eye because there are so many small bottles of sake 😉 750, but if you go with the Akabu, you can just flow with the thought process 🤔 not a good use of it, but they kept me around anyway 🤣.

I was opening several bottles in parallel, so I just barely managed to keep some 🤣.
I know I put this up at the time of this year's release, but I bought these last year 🫣The bottles last year were the heavy, bulky ones for fizzy drinks 😂.
