Genzai, which we had acquired during our summer trip to Nagoya.
This is the one that the husband was so eager to buy when he really went to Nagoya.
The aroma is not strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness. But the crisp aftertaste is also very light and refreshing, making it a sake that your brain understands is delicious.
It was a very tasty genzai, just like the image of delicious food sake that Fukushima sake has. ❤️
