I've been reading your check-ins at Sake-no-Wa and this is the first time I've had this sake.
I finally came across it 😍.
And it's a "celebration"!
After opening the bottle, it smells like a faint fruity scent...hmmm 🤔 not full of honey, but more like a ripe apple 🍎!
Pour it into a glass and it has a slight golden color, you can't tell from the picture 😅.
When you put it in your mouth, wow... what is this? What's this 🤩Fruitiness and graininess come rushing in at the same time! It's a little dry on the tongue with just the right amount of umami and acidity, just when you think it feels soft.
The lingering aftertaste is of apple aroma, followed by a solid sense of weight from the grain! It is massive but never heavy, it is massive with a sense of deliciousness 😘.

I haven't been able to exercise much lately due to things at my parents' house and work, and I've been sick a lot 💦 I've been stretching and doing strength training with rubber tubing every day, but I've decided to run twice a week 🏃 because this isn't working 🏃.
Last night I did a 6km run and 5 dashes between telephone poles and I woke up in the morning feeling great 🤩Keep at it!
