It's also light and easy to drink 🍶.
It is good when warmed up to lukewarm or hot 🎶, as it increases the umami.
Incidentally, this sake is named after one of Akita Prefecture's folk songs, 🎶Shureimuhi naru Chokaisan yo🎶.
The series seems to be named after the "Shurei Muhi" in the Akita Prefecture folk song, 🎶Shurei Muhi naru Chokaisan yo 🎶, and is available in four varieties for spring, summer, fall, and winter✋.
