Winter Nigorinpik 29
This is the first challenge nigori sake brewed by Matsuyama Shuzo since its revival in 2023 in Fushimi, Kyoto.
I actually had a chance to talk to the head brewer of this brewery, who moved from a major brewery to Matsuyama Shuzo last summer at an event in Namba for the revival of the brewery, and I have been paying attention to it since then.
The fruity sweetness and deliciousness filled my mouth in a natural way with no clinginess at all 😇.
Delicious 😀
It was a really nice Kyoto nigori sake brewed with Kyoto celebratory rice and a yeast called Kyoto no Koto 😇.
And the label was very impressive, beautifully depicting a ten stone boat floating on the moat of Fushimi in the snow 😀.

Hi Yasbaye 🐦🐦.
Winter nigori also looks delicious 👍👍00You spoke with the toji at the event ✨I think it will taste even better because you can directly feel the creator's thoughts 😊.

Good evening, Yasbay😃.
The reflection of the bottle on the label also looks like snow in the light 🥹It's kind of live 😌.
Sake that you have a lot of feelings for is going to be a little bit better 😋.

Good evening, Pon-chan!
I guess when I hear about the creator's thoughts, it makes me think even more about the sake 🤣.
But really, this sake was so delicious that I could picture Kyoto and winter flowing through my mind's eye!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
After looking back at what you said, it really does look like snowflakes, even the lights reflected on the bottle 🤣.
It was a really delicious sake that lived up to the beautiful label, I hope you'll try it😇.
