Today it's Mr. Snow Cloud from Izumo Fuji 😀.
@Mizuhashi-san drank it yesterday, and I've been looking forward to opening the bottle since yesterday too 😀.
In fact, Jay & Nobby, whom I adore at Sake-no-wa, had previously praised it highly, so I looked around for it even though I had never had it yet 🤣.
I couldn't get it in the first shipment, but I managed to get it in the second shipment😇.
I see 😀
I now understand why everyone is raving about it 😀.
The acidity was delicious and fizzy, and the sweetness was refreshing 😀.
It was exquisite and wonderfully balanced 😇
But all the sake selections for the Nigorinpik so far have been different and all delicious 🤣.
Nigorinpic has just started and I am looking forward to more and more 😇

I enjoy the temperature change of clear sake, but nigori type is more enjoyable because you can even enjoy the difference in the way of mixing 😇.
