Sake brewery tour in Higashi-Hiroshima Saijoð¶.
In the birthplace of ginjo-shu, known as the sake capital of Japan
Seven breweries line the streets âš.
At Kamotsuru Sake Brewery
I tasted two kinds of sake ð¶.
Nigori Sake Junmai Sake
Calpis-like
It has a Calpis-like sourness and just the right amount of sweetness.
It is so delicious that you will want to drink it in large gulps.
As the label on the back says
"Refreshing and refreshing sweet nigori sake.
I wanted to buy it but had to give it up because I had to walk around after this ð.
But I had to give up because I had to walk around after this ð.
The other one is
Ao Saae Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
Limited edition label with the 150th anniversary logo âš.
Fresh and juicy.
Fresh and juicy, it tasted like a pure sake âš.
At the trick art
I made love to him in various poses â¬ð€
