It's a gold carp from Seimasamune 🍶.
I couldn't drink it in Nagano so I went to Shinbashi to drink it lol
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet like molasses.
In the mouth, it has a sweetness reminiscent of refined Japanese sweets like Wasanbon and the clear and smooth flavor of Yamae Nishiki.
It is very tasty and sweet because it is made from highly polished rice in a four-stage brewing process.
This is a sweet 😊.
The third one is at the Seimasamune brewery, about a 10-minute walk from Shinshu Nakano Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line.
The president of the brewery was available to us and said that they currently produce about 100 koku of sake.
I was surprised at the surprisingly small number.
