I got it through bartering with Rafa and Banshu Issen🤗.
I was told on the group line that Genshu Mai was in stock, but I gave up because I couldn't go buy it this weekend, but Rafa-san bought it for me 🥺.
That's the sake god 😍.
It has a gorgeous heady aroma. It has a fruity, sweet and bitter taste on the palate. It has a cool sweetness like green apple. It is one of the most robust sweet and tasty Genmai I have ever tasted. I personally prefer it to Jungin Kinmonnishiki.
Even after a week, it was still sweet and delicious to the end.
