The fruity top aroma, sweetness on the attack, and bitterness that follows are all more subdued than 寫楽, giving the impression of a very refreshing sake 😊.

I tried warming the sake, which I don't usually do, but lukewarm is better than lukewarm👍

Manachy, you're right! I too thought it was better to have the temperature a little higher than the kumquat to get the best flavor 😆.
