I found Tobiroki in the fridge and ordered it.
Hikaru says
I have my doubts about the recent Tobiroki, but this sake is good!
Fresh, juicy and fruity!
The rice flavor is also strong with a hint of orikomi.
The balance of sourness and bitterness centered around a moderate, elegant sweetness is just right.
It may not have the old impression, but it's a good enough sake!
One of our regulars, who happened to be having a birthday party that day, shared a piece of cake with us!
Tobiroki goes well with strawberry cream more than I expected!
With sashimi and cake as snacks, the fun of drinking alone continues!
