July 10, Natto Day😄 So, I saved it for this day. (No kidding 🤣) I decided to drink Kawaguchi natto 😁. It's hiya oroshi, after all 🤭. I bought it last October! Dora, I bought natto together ❣️ The photo was taken at the time 📸. I ate the natto right away 😋. Sake is ☝️ on natto day 🤣 Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ It smells like alsobe ✨🥂🥂✨. Mild on the palate Slightly sweet Full of flavor and acidity. A little strong alu flavor. The aftertaste is typical Miyamanishiki bitterness. It is clean and crisp. It's also delicious warmed up ♡. I'll try the rest of the sake heated up 😋♪
