When you pour it into a glass, the sweet fruity aroma is impressive 🤤I think it also has a hint of sourness 🤔It has a smooth texture on the palate and is full of freshness and sweetness 😋A good amount of clean acidity follows and you can clearly taste the mandarin in the long finish🍊It's definitely delicious! Hats off to you 🥴It went great with sautéed scallops with butter and cream cheese. ☺️
