Today is the first time in a long time to drink outside😄.
And I drank Tasake for the first time ✌️
And it was a limited edition of Tasake's 50th anniversary!
Even more surprisingly, it had just arrived yesterday and was unopened.
I was the first customer.
I don't know if it was right for me to be the first to drink such a precious sake...
Is it okay for me to open it...? 😅 and I confirmed it.
The owner willingly said, of course! and 😆
What does it taste like? I asked him what it tasted like, and he said he didn't know because he hadn't had it yet, but that it was rice wine, so it would be fruity and sweet.
I had my first taste of Tasake.
Not much aroma.
It is fruity in the mouth, but not sweet. It has a good taste of rice. The spiciness comes in the latter half. You can also feel the unique acidity of Yamahai. The spiciness remains until the aftertaste.
It is different from my image 😅.
I thought it would be sweeter and easier to drink, but this was different 💦.
The owner also tasted it and maybe it represented the original taste of Tasake.
It was definitely dry. And 😆
It was dry, but I would like to thank first of all that I could drink it considering this is the origin of Tasake: ❣️
