I found the unfiltered Junmai Aizan at my usual place Marunaka Ohashi Shoten and bought it right away😋.

I decided to open my first bottle of 2022 with my favorite local sake, Kaiun 👍 for good luck👍.
Here's a quick comment.
Today I'm having a party with my eldest daughter and her husband and two grandchildren💕.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it.
I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great way to start the day.
This is the first time I've tried unfiltered Aizan, but I've never been disappointed with Kaiun!
