Shinshu Kamerei - Yamae-Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml
I went to Yanagimachi.
There was no green label, just this one and a sweet sake. There was no announcement this year, but it is made in November, so maybe it is a new sake?
I opened the bottle as soon as I got home from my trip to Shinshu... fresh & fruity, slightly sparkling ✌️, stable and tasty and comforting 😉.
I will work hard again 😆.
