Yunokou" is the best sake rice born in Iwate Prefecture, and was produced over a period of 10 years in Iwate Prefecture in the hopes of "creating a sake rice comparable to Yamadanishiki. It is a clear and pure sake rice with a low level of impurities.
This limited edition sake is made with Yunokou rice. It has a modest ginjo aroma reminiscent of muscat and lychee, with a relaxing, sweet aroma. In the mouth, the clear sake quality and sweet, fruity flavor characteristic of Yui no Aroma flow smoothly down the throat.
