I've had this sake a few times at outings and wanted to drink it at home someday.
I had given up on it, but I found the last two bottles left and made a quick decision.
It is delicious. The balance between the sourness, sweetness, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste is good. I'm glad that something good happened at the end of the year...
