Purchased Nabeshima, one of the sakes I was interested in at Sake no Wa.
This is my first Saga sake 🍶.
The spiciness that slightly tingles on the tongue greets you with the umami of the rice!
It has a sweetness and umami, but the astringency keeps it from being too sweet.
I got such a feeling from it!
It was served chilled.

-Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste
-Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1

Saga sake is Nabeshima and Koei Kiku! We like them and drink a lot of them 🍶‼️ now we have Nabeshama's special junsei waiting in our fridge 🤗I'd love to drink it there!
