I finally found 😍Katanozakura for my second drink at Yamanaka Sake Shop! I was looking for this to be my Osaka sake 😁.
The aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is mellow, with a hint of sweetness, mild umami, and mild acidity, but it's balanced and easy to drink 😍This was a delicious sake✨.
Now I'm reaching for the 47 prefectures 😁.
The only one left is Okinawa, but I heard from Shikatarou that a new sake brewery is going to sell it this fall or next year ✨I also heard that a store in Tokyo bought a lot of it, but I don't know what to do with it 😓.
I also heard that a Tokyo shop bought a lot of sake but I don't know what it is .
