Today's choice is Fuyuhiguma, an entry from Hokkaido.
The main theme of this year's event, new sake and nigori 😀.
When I was looking for a sake that matched it, I saw the jacket and bought it immediately 😅.
It was good that I bought it, but I didn't have an idea of what it tasted like, so I waited for the bottle to open.
I was waiting for the first time to open the bottle when bouken, a friend of mine from Sake-no-wa, commented that he had also bought the jacket and was happy with it 😀 I opened the bottle today with peace of mind.
It was a little different from the new sake light nigori I've had so far, not only sweet, but it had a firm sweetness, but it had a good bone structure 😀.
As expected, Sake-no-wa's information is reliable 😀.
I compared it with Tanaka Rokugo, Yokoyama and Kido's new sake, but I can't rate them because they all have their own character and are delicious 😅.

Hi Yasbay, ☁️
You make me want to buy a packet 😁I do that a lot 😂and it would be great if it tasted good👍I like all 3 brands of raw sake, so I'm jealous that this one must be good too: ❣️

Good evening, Pon 😀
I was relieved to see this sake with both the toughness of the brown bear and the cuteness of the jackets while looking at the jackets 😀.
Sometimes, if it looks completely different from the jacket, it's like, "What the hell? I know 😅.

Good evening, Yasube 😃.
I've heard that Hokkaido's sake is a bit heavy-boned to go with oily fish 🐟, and it seems you were right: ✌️

Good evening, 3KAN4ON 😀
Yes... for me, I felt the strength of Higuma hidden in the cuteness of the label 😀.
The new light nigori sake made me realize that it is not just a sweet sake 😀.
