Kachikoma Shiboritate Honkai (Seito Sake Brewery/Toyama Prefecture).
We heard that Seito Sake Brewery also stopped brewing for a while due to the damage caused by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
We heard that they have already resumed brewing, but we drank a small amount to support them.
It is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake, commonly known as hiragana kachikoma🍶, which is only available during the new sake season.
The appearance is clear crystal.
It has a fruity and gentle aroma of fresh apples and bananas with a hint of blue grass.
The texture is slightly thickened, with a smooth spread of clean sweetness and umami, followed by the attack of a guttural alcohol taste!
The gentle and beautiful sweet umami of rice spreads softly and finishes with a kick.
The 18% alcohol content gives it a strong stimulus, but it does not lose its freshness and cleanness, so it is the type of wine that you can't help but drink it with gusto. ☺️
It should be delicious with food 🥰.
I would like to match it with sashimi. ☺️

Good morning, Aladdin 😀
Kachikoma was up on the lineup yesterday 😀.
I've been looking at your instagram at 2pm lately and was wondering about this drink too 😅.
If I didn't have something to do last night, I would have been there too 🤣.

Hello Aladdin😊
Is Katsukoma in hiragana a fresh new sake?
I would like to drink it 🤤 even though Katsucoma in kanji is good enough.

Hi Yasubeyesan 😃
I went there the other day because bouken and O-chan talked about it and I wanted to try it 😄.
Too bad the timing wasn't right yesterday 😢 I think you can still drink it today 🍶.

Hello, Matsuchiyo 😃
I have never had that much Kachikoma, but it is delicious with a taste that shows it was made with care.
Kachikoma was like a fresher and more impactful version of Kachikoma Honjikomi 😊.

Hi Pon 😃
I was curious about Katsikoma because the owner once told me that this is the only Katsikoma he buys 😊.
It's very tasty, but I felt that the gentleness and gentle elegance that is typical of Katsushikoma might be easier to feel when it's fire-roasted 😄.
