A little different from Morishima's. 14 is a sparkling, glamorous image 🤩. The aroma is quite subdued, woody and dried fruit? Dried mold? It's like a dry mold. The first day was rough, with sweetness and bitterness appearing in turn, but after a few days it starts to coalesce, which is a relief. I think the lightness of No. 14 and the chubbiness of Yumachi are just the right balance. It is slowly delicious at room temperature. I think if you cool it down, the bitterness is reduced and it becomes sharply sweet 🙌

Hi Rigel, good evening! I'm so sorry to hear that 😄. I certainly can't imagine the smell of dry mold. 🤣But I forgot the brand name, but there was one that smelled like a steaming sock. 😱

Good evening, MAJ 🤗 I don't know if it's intentional or irregular, but well, it's not a negative that bothers me🙆

Good evening, Choroki 🤗. The mold smell depends on the thing, there's cheese and so on. Steamed socks and cardboard boxes are more of a deterioration smell 🙄.
