Tasting at Ikushima Shoten in Suita. There are many nearest stations, but they are all a little far away from each other😅Kamishinjo and Aikawa area are closer.
It is one of the few Yamori distributors in the Kansai region. There are many brands that you can't find in other stores.
Tamagawa, Hanagaki, Yamamori, Senzuke, Drunken Heart, Kamerei (not Shinshu), Inanohana, Hida no Hana, Tadai, Tanzan, Ehime Ichikai, Nihon Shin, etc. They used to carry Biwa no Chouju, but they only had older BY sake, so I guess they quit carrying it? It is a rare store in Kansai that carries Kinshin as well, though not all the time.
This was my first time to try fire-brewed Yamori. It was a little expensive, so I bought it only because it was a little expensive.
If it had been freshly opened, would it have had a gaseous taste?
The guy at the store said it was good but he didn't like the price😅.

Good evening, bouken! Oh, this is an interesting restaurant. I see that you are a gecko, or okunokimi, fire-roasted. Clearly fruity, I agree 😊.

Hello Rafa 😃
We have a parking lot, so come on in! It's probably better if you don't have a car though 😅 as the store is super aggressive about tastings.
