On the palate, it has a tangy gassy feeling even though it's hi-ire, which makes it feel like a nama-zake!

Taste is, whoa, different from Matsumoto 👀.
Transparent sweetness and a gradually spreading umami flavor 😍.
The clear acidity is pleasant and gentle to drink ☺️
Beautifully smooth on the back palate 👍.
Other than the umami, the whole experience is very gentle 😋.
It's like a gentle and soft all-around food sake 🎶.
but I drank it all by itself 😅.
