Today I am in the mood for fish. So I chose this sake to go with the fish. I chose the Yuki no Bijin Ippozumi from Akita Brewery. This is the first sake from this brewery that I have ever had. I have wanted to try this sake for quite some time, so I am looking forward to it. First, the aroma. It has a refreshing, slightly citrusy aroma. It smells fresh and citrusy. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing taste. It has a slight sweetness and umami. It also has a slightly floral flavor. The bitter taste is then quickly followed by a pungent spiciness, which flows smoothly. The aftertaste is salty with a bit of spiciness. It is very refreshing with a slight bitterness. The mouthfeel is very smooth and does not interfere with the food. It is not sweet and delicious, which I like, but it is a very delicious sake, and today is another blissful evening.

Good evening, ma-ki- san😄Today's sake is from Akita. Yuki no Bijin. The naming gives it a classy feel. At plus 7, it's quite a dry category! But it looks good for a food sake... You always have great taste. ❣️

Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama. I thought it might be too dry for me since it is +7. I thought it might be too dry for me since it is +7, but I got it because I thought it would go well with food if it was a dry version of a beautiful sake from Akita 🎵. I have no taste, but it was delicious 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki! Oh, I see that you also like sweet and umami 😇. We are the same, but recently we have been drinking some sake that has sweet umami in the spicy flavor 😀. Yuki no Bijin would be a good choice 😇

Thank you for your comment, Yasbay. Yes, it is true. I am a big fan of sweet and tasty sake😊. Like Yasbaye, I sometimes enjoy sake that is said to be dry, and I think it is delicious with a meal as well 😊.

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby. I see that you like Yukimi ✨, ⤴️ Jay & Nobby drank Yamadanishiki No.6 yeast, which is not too sweet and acidic, and it looks really delicious. If I come across it, I will buy it immediately😊.
