Tohoku women said they've had Akabu and Tazake before.
They asked me what I'd recommend for food sake, and I suggested Tamitsu.
I hadn't had any Kami no Ho, so I did too: ☺️
It's my first time but she said she liked the clear taste.
It was a delicious sake with no bitterness, and it easily washed down strong flavors such as miso sauce🎶.
Pickled yam with pickled plum?
I had it for the first time and it was delicious 😋.
Let's try to see if we can make it.

Good morning Erin 👋😆✨☀️
I hope you're finally getting back to your usual pace.
I was worried about you since you weren't around for a while until just now.
Your pickled yam with ume plum looks so good with sake!
They often make pickled yam with ume paste at my house.

I just wanted to drink it because it was a sake rice that I hadn't drunk yet.
It was delicious and the other customers and waitresses complimented me on how well I drank it 😁.
I would definitely recommend it 🎶.

Erin, good evening 🌆.
The first time I drank Tamitsu was in Morioka.
I also compared sake with Eririn, and I wonder if Morioka has a connection with sake from the Tokai region.
Maybe I should go back for another drink... 😁.

I think we stock at the same liquor store.
I couldn't show you around last time, but you can drink standing up at the liquor store in front of the station, so let's go there next time😊.
