I haven't had a drink in a while, so I decided to try the packaged wine 🏷️
There are so many kinds of drinks, it's hard to decide which one to choose, but here I went for the Yellow Narcissus, which I've been curious about for a while.
The aroma is sour.
When you take a sip, you can feel the sourness and freshness like grapefruit or herbs 🌿.
Even after a few days, the slushy clarity remains ✨I can drink it forever!
The citrus-like acidity and the sweetness and umami of the rice soak in and finish with a clear crispness.
Consistently clean in the mouth, this was a quintessential packaged sake!
