We received a Hidakami from Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, because of 3.11. It's been 13 years already!
I thought it was light and dry, but it was quite sweet😅.
The sourness and bitterness may remind you of lemonade 🍋, but it's just me 🤤.
It's not too light, but it's not too light, so it can be served as a mealtime drink or on its own.
Personal rating 8/10 points

Hi Jay & Nobby 🍃.
It is indeed a gorgeous spring-like sake 🤤It looks like it would be good for cherry blossom viewing 🌸
The days go by really fast, my third daughter who was 0 years old at the time of the earthquake is now a junior high school student 🥹.
