My brother is on a business trip to Fukuoka! I asked him to get me some sake and get this for me (^o^)First time for me to get Wakanami!
The aroma is muscat, I think. The aroma is muscat, but there is also a slight sourness like pineapple! When you drink it, the moderate sweetness and the slight carbonation are quite nice! Then the umami comes in a big rush. Finally, the bitterness gives it a nice finish. The concept of this place is "a pushing wave of flavor 🌊 a trailing wave of aftertaste 🌊" and this sake is exactly what it is! It has a very clean impression with no alcohol smell! You can also feel the mellowness. A pleasant sake to drink 🍶 This is delicious!
