One step self today. Sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
I have been wanting to try this sake, so I was lucky that a store relatively close to my house started selling it.
This store basically focuses on local sake, but they also sell purple air and they are doing a good job. Sometimes they give me sweets too 😃.
Today I bought a bottle of Ippodo's Secret Color and Junmai Nama.
Your impression of the secret color? Well, in a word, it's kuso delicious.
I'll say it again because it's important.
