The first Hanabake 🌸
This mizu-hashiroshi x mizu-hashiro sake seems to be quite rare and my husband bought it👍.
It seems to be made by a special process using mizu-hashiroshi sake.
It is a very nigori sake, but the acidity, which is more like calpis than sake, is astonishing! It's a refreshing taste that could be described as apple. But for me it's more like calpis💦.
It's really delicious, packed with fermentation and lactic acid nuances. 😋💕
I've been drinking a lot of sake with hot pot lately, so I haven't had this refreshing taste for a long time. It's still good 😆.
I also tried it lukewarm, but it's still hot calpis 💕.
