I saw this Banshu Ikkenten on Sake-no-wa's post and wondered if it was spicy or not ð
I love Banshu Ikkenten, but I am a child who likes sweet sake.
I love Banshu Issen, but I'm a child who likes sweet sake when it is said to be spicy ð
.
But I still wanted to drink it, so I ordered it.
As a result, I was right ð Adult sour grapefruit soda, clean and sharp. It's a great balance of the two. Hmmm, great balance. I'm glad I didn't shy away from it just because it's dry ð.

Good morning, Joe ð.
Banshu Issen is delicious, isn't it?
I, on the other hand, don't find it too sweet.
In that sense, I would like to find and drink this sake.
Sashimi, looks delicious ð.

I'd like to try it more after reading your review ð.
I'll try to buy it next time since there are no stores that carry it: âïž

Good evening, joeð!
I had a glass of this and it wasn't so much dry as it was easy to drink, more like umami ð.

Good evening, Duke Shibusawa-san! Yes, Banshu Issen is delicious! It was a very punchy sake that goes perfectly with sashimi ð.

Manta-san, please do pop in!
The first time I drank it was at a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in Kyoto, where I was served a light nigori (light nigori)! It's my favorite brand since I was surprised by its delicate fizz that wasn't too sweet. It is perfect with Japanese food.

T.KISO, it is certainly not spicy! It's called "summer spicy", so maybe it's just a refreshing taste of early summer ð.
