Tenshitsu Junmai Sake - Commemorative label for Izumo-taisha, the god of marriage
We bought this at Seven-Eleven in Izumo city station after visiting Izumo-taisha shrine.
The aroma has a hint of grain, as is typical of the full-fledged, robust Tenjyuu.
It is also so in the mouth. ❗️
It is a classic sake with a deliciously acidic rice flavor.
It is a very drinkable San-in style sake!
