I think March is the hardest month because of the flurry of things like accounting at the end of the fiscal year, preparations for the new year, and gifts for those who are changing jobs 😓.
In the midst of all this, the sake that soothes me is Akita rice and agave: ❤️
The word "kosake" has a connotation of craft saké. I think rice and agave is the only way to do it.
This Hanakaze has a clear, fresh aroma with a bright grapefruit flavor on the palate. The bitterness and acidity are also strong.
I like it. ❤️❤️❤️
