I fulfilled my unintelligible binding to drink Yoshidagura u first rather than Tedorigawa. So I was a little happy when I found it at the liquor store 😄.
When I opened the bottle, it was soft, slightly effervescent, and easy to drink.
I felt the astringent acidity was a little bit stuck in my mouth, but as it approached room temperature, the sweetness increased and the astringent acidity disappeared, and it became even more delicious and I gobbled it up! Thanks for the drink!

Hello tsukitate-san 🌞.
Same here, I've never had Tedorigawa 😆.
It's pink and looks so good!
It's getting hotter and hotter, so I like it 😊.

When in doubt, I buy the pink label 🤣.

Hi Tsuyodai😄
Everyone seems to put Tedorigawa on the back burner😅.
It's #1 in Ishikawa prefecture for salmon wa 🤔.

Tsutsukitate-san, nice to meet you. Thank you very much. It is strange for me to say this. I like this Ishikawamon because it has a bit of astringency and acidity. It is also surprisingly good heated.

Good morning, WOM!
This was my first time to taste both Yoshida Kurau and sake made with Ishikawa-mon, so I learned a lot from your comment!
Is it heated? I would like to try it next time!
